I never seriously doubt my decision to be a stay at home mum but I have to say that I do miss the work I used to do with women. My time will come again I hope.

Yes, the job you do now is far more important, I made a huge mistake in my childrens early years and chose career over them. I'm sure you'll return to what you once did or maybe a slightly different path.
